Designed by Bruce Mactier Building Designers and built by Hateley Construct, with interiors by Resident Avenue, the home brings warmth, texture and cohesion to every detail. Red brick and black cladding anchor the gabled form within its landscape, while inside, polished concrete floors, timber panelling, and exposed trusses create a balance of robustness and refinement. Expansive glazing floods the interiors with light, framing sweeping views of the surrounding paddocks. Years in the making, Homestead is the realisation of Grant’s dream – a home shaped by experience, built by hand and created with love for his own family to grow into and enjoy for generations.
